missing aircon expensive breakfast
the room had no air conditioning it was very hot i asked for it to be repaired which was done the bedside lamp stayed on i unplugged the lamp the room was not cleaned i had to specifically ask for that breakfast was expensive for what you get. it all felt a little bit off and not what i expect at all.

poor pressure overpriced breakfast
the staff were friendly. they helped.
the water pressure in the shower was poor. i had to switch between the overhead and handheld shower to wash my hair. breakfast is overpriced and of poor value.

jo malone toiletries really good comfort nespresso machine
the room featured a nespresso machine, i found it very convenient. jo malone toiletries enhanced the bathroom experience. the bed provided really good comfort, so i slept soundly.
i found a slight layer of dust on some of the light fittings, it was above the eating area.

room size coffee machine spacious bathroom loud music poor water pressure early hours
I appreciated the room size. It included a coffee machine and a kettle. The bathroom was spacious.
The hotel features a dj that plays music in the evening on the terrace. I was on the sixth floor and could hear the music like it was in the room next door. The music continued into the early hours. The water pressure in the shower was poor, I had to switch between the overhead and handheld shower to wash my hair.
